Take the Quick Food Sensitivity Symptom Test to see if that's YOU
My 7 year old daughter has suffered eczema and stomach pains from an early age. Her arms and legs were covered in open scratched sores. She often complained of upset stomachs and would cry in pain clutching her stomach every few days. It was tough as parents to see our little girl suffering. We had been to doctors, dermatologists, and had tried a wide range of lotions, ointments, probiotics and elimination diets without any worthwhile long term results. We knew that some foods were giving her problems but we couldn’t identify the exact foods that were the problem. We did the food sensitivity test and found that she had sensitivities to gluten and dairy, which we had suspected. She also had an extremely high reactions to pineapple and watermelon – two foods that we never suspected.
Eliminating these foods has made such a difference to my daughter’s health. Her energy levels, her appetite and digestive health have improved. In the last four months we have only heard her mention sore stomachs 3-4 times. Her eczema has almost gone. We asked her if she noticed anything different since we changed her diet and she said “I like it. I’m not as itchy and my tummy doesn’t get sore”. We’re so happy to have finally found a solution to help our daughter.
FACT: 80 – 90% of all diseases and conditions are caused by inflammation and stress. Right now what you are eating and putting into your body could be causing long term damage and leading to SERIOUS long term health side effects which are life threatening. The cost of NOT GETTING TESTED today is enormous, and food intolerance testing is so simple and straightforward, there’s no reason to put off food sensitivity testing for you and your family any longer.
Most people truly don’t understand how important a balanced diet is. Not only that but they don’t understand how eating food they are sensitive to causes stress which leads to conditions or diseases which shorten their life.
The truth is that diet related inflammation in your body can be reduced and changed by taking a simple food sensitivity test and changing the foods you are eating. It’s important to understand that most inflammation starts at your GUT! Gluten intolerance testing, a lactose intolerance test and other tests are the ideal way to get to the root of the problem and change your diet for the better.
Get tested today, you and your family deserve it!
We’re probably not telling you anything new here…

I had been feeling so flat with no energy and my aches and pains seemed to be getting worse. I was becoming increasingly more bloated and I was suffering migraines for the last month. I was told it was what happens when you go through menopause even though I had some of these things on and off for years. After hearing about a friend’s great improvements from her food sensitivity testing I decided to get it done. After spending money on so many different things this has been the best investment. After eliminating the foods I was sensitive to I am feeling the best I have felt in years. My energy is improved, I am in less pain, the bloating is gone and touch wood I have not had a migraine.

Jill always had digestive problems, but for a long time she’d done nothing about it. Things started escalating. She was bloated, her bowel movements were all over the place and she’d tried nearly everything with her diet to fix it.
She’d tried eating gluten free, dairy free even a paleo diet and while some of these helped, nothing completely cured the problems she was experiencing. That’s when Jill decided to take a food sensitivity test.
Jill was surprised to find out that she was intolerant to lettuce – something that she would eat most days at lunch and dinner. She just couldn’t believe it! Can you believe it? lettuce! It’s one of the healthiest foods on the planet and it was causing all of this digestive distress.
Not only did Jill have a sensitivity to lettuce but also to blueberries (a super food) – something that she also ate regularly.
Since removing these from her diet not only have her digestive problems improved but she has more energy, feels better and is not as stiff and sore as before. As you can see, food sensitivity testing really helps narrow in on the REAL problems affecting you!
If you’ve researched food sensitivity, food intolerance or food allergies before then you know there are alternate methods for testing available. In our experience and the experience of our lab the most accurate method for testing is laboratory testing just like our At-Home Food Sensitivity Testing.
When you are considering testing yourself for food intolerance the only real option to find out the foods that are harming your body of your food intolerance is through laboratory testing. Other options can return false positives and false negatives.
When you choose to have your food sensitivity test done with us today you’ll have your blood sample tested by our laboratory which has extensive experience specifically working in food intolerance testing.
They are a specialist laboratory that works on just these kinds of tests making them a leader in their field. It took us years to find this laboratory. Not only that, but this particular, specialist laboratory only works with a very limited number of specialist food sensitivity clinics and we were EXTREMELY lucky to be chosen to work with them. In our opinion when it comes to choosing to work with someone on your health you should always choose a specialist as they have the experience, knowledge and training to spot things generalists don’t. That’s why we searched high and low to find this specific laboratory to have our testing done here, and this is one of the MAJOR benefits you get with working with us on your food intolerance issues.
When our laboratory receives your blood sample they will immediately start testing it. In the testing process they will be testing for 96 HIGH RISK foods that they’ve found people just like you have an intolerance to.
This means if you have an allergy or intolerance to a food it’s highly likely our laboratory will identify it for you and provide you with the report and protocol on what to do to ensure you can eradicate the symptoms this is causing you.
Other laboratories will waste your time and money testing for different LOW RISK foods charging you more and giving you reports which are confusing and full of information which is just not relevant. Don’t fall for the “more is better” trap, in this case “less is more” and it’s the quality of the test that counts!
No this is not some miracle, magic pill! What I am about to tell you is based on scientific fact and when you hear it I am sure you’ll have a ‘light bulb’ moment..
When you eat a food that you are sensitive to it causes a stress response in your body which releases a stress hormone called cortisol. Cortisol inhibits the body’s ability to burn fat and in particular belly fat…
Despite sticking to a great diet and exercise programme, if you are eating foods that you have an intolerance to you are destined to carry extra weight around your belly. Looking for great abs? Get your Food Sensitivity Test Today!.
Often we are asked whether the correct term to describe this kind of food problem is a Food Intolerance or Food Sensitivity and the simple answer is it’s both. We prefer to use the term Food Sensitivity as technically it’s the correct clinical term.
With that said though, the term Food Intolerance is also widely used and recognised across the web and by experts as well.
Ever since we were kids the food pyramid and the importance of a balance diet was taught to us. We must eat our vegetables, our fruit, our meat and we must eat from each food group each day..
This balanced diet was supported by experts, the education department and parents alike. The problem is that the balanced diet never took into account the fact that 45% of people have a food Intolerance..
Sure a balanced diet is important as long as that diet doesn’t include foods that you are intolerant to. If you are eating foods that you are intolerant to in your balanced diet then you are causing more harm to your body than good.
I am a 48 year old male with long term knee pain which my doctor told me was the early stages of arthritis. I played a lot of sport in my younger days which could explain the stiffness I get in my knees. Although I still go to the gym once or twice a week I was regularly feeling flat and the weight around the middle was piling on. There was also some reflux, gas and bloating after my meals which I just thought was normal.
My wife bought the at home food tests for the whole family so I toed the line. When the results came in my wife coordinated the family meals around our sensitivities. I stopped eating my bacon and egg rolls for lunch, and cutting down on bread because wheat and eggs were two of the foods that were in the high category in my results.
I must admit to my surprise 2 months into it and I am feeling a lot better. I have dropped 4 kilos, don’t feel as bloated and my knees aren’t anywhere near as stiff. I’ve even dropped a couple of notches on my belt. I can now get out with my boys on the weekends and kick a footy without pulling up sore the next day.
